At Cookware Specialty Store, we stand behind the quality of our premium cookware and kitchen essentials. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Note: For hygiene reasons, Food Storage Bags & Containers and Cleaning Tools cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for your convenience.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International customers: any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable
- PayPal refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to appear in your account
Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging an item:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
